If you have been in prison 15+ years, you can be sure the world outside will have changed considerably! - and so will you!

The prison system does provide some orientation trips and skills to help the ex-prisoners to adjust on the outside, but naturally, the adjustment can be very stressful.

The Khuti Foundation provided a series of meditation training sessions for long-term prisoners facing release, to help them with stress release and general focussing skills.

The Foundation also provided a series of weekly yoga classes and counselling support to the released prisoners until they found their feet.  They declared that these were invaluable, but were very concerned about the pressures 'outside' to re-offend.
